1. What is the difference between MBO Book Centre and MBO Bookstore?

MBO Book Centre is our physical store situated in Shah Alam in the state of Selangor DE, Malaysia whereby a customer can visit and make purchases over the counter. MBO Bookstore is our online bookstore for customer to make purchases online. MBO Bookstore operates under MBO Book Centre.


  
2. How can I place an order?

We accept order only by email or the order form provided. Please read our Store Policies page for more details on the ordering process.


  
3. Can you do COD somewhere within KL or Klang Valley? Can I self-pick up at store?

COD is not available. However, you may visit our store and make normal offline purchase at the counter. You may contact our store if you want to make a reservation first. Call 03-55195845


  
4. Can you send the book using other delivery options?

We use delivery service provided by Pos Malaysia. Package will be sent via Pos Laju. If you made a purchase of RM100 or more in a single order, we will offer to send the package free via Pos Daftar/Parcel. Other delivery options is only available upon request.


  
5. How long will the delivery takes?

Actual delivery time depends on our handling time to process and dispatch your order/package to the post office + delivery time by Pos Malaysia. In stock title will normally takes 2 - 5 working days to arrive at your address within Malaysia. In other cases, it will depend on the availability of stock. Refer our availability status below:

In stock - This title is in stock and usually will be dispatched within 3 working days

Available from suppliers/Out of stock - This title is currently not in stock but available for ordering. This title may take longer than 3 working days to be dispatched depending on availability. We will advise you by email on the actual delivery time.

Currently Unavailable - This title is currently not available for ordering

Sold - This used book title has been sold out and is now closed for order


  
6. I can't find the title I want. Is the title available?

If the title is not listed you can request a book search to us. Please email to order.mbo@gmail.com for enquiries.



7. How do you rate your used book condition?

The rate or grade we give to our used books are derived from phrase/terminology normally used by international online booksellers. As common practice, in addition to the rating, we will provide as accurately as we can, further description of the condition including any defects noted. We use the following terminology to rate our used books:

As New/Like New - Without faults or defects. It is virtually impossible to tell this book from a brand new book.

Fine/Very Good+ - A book with very minor, almost imperceptible flaws.

Very Good - A book showing some signs of wear. Any defects or faults must be noted.

Good - The average used book that is totally complete. Defects must be noted.

Fair - A worn book that has complete text pages, including those with maps and/or illustrations. A fair book may lack endpapers, the title page or half-title page. Any defects or faults must be noted.

Poor or Reading Copy - A book that so worn that its only merit is the complete text, which must be legible. Any missing maps or illustrations must be noted. May be soiled, scuffed, stained, or spotted, and may have loose joints, hinges, pages, etc.
